Hello and welcome to my blog!

I'm Julianne Kim, a self-diagnosed hair and nail addict. It all started when I discovered the joys of tutorials on YouTube, years ago. My fascination was further fueled when I stumbled upon Pinterest. Since then, I've been poring over different channels and pins, creating, and recreating beautiful designs and styles. Since then, I've been fortunate to have willing victims (aka friends) who have let me do their hair from events like homecoming, and prom. I've had the amazing privilege of doing hair for two weddings as well. This blog will hopefully become a platform for me to share my tips, tricks, and thoughts with others and inspire them to do more.

I'm currently studying at the University of Maryland's School of Music (Go Terps!) where I joke that I also have a minor in Faux Paz, the a cappella group I am in (think Pitch Perfect). When I'm not at Maryland studying, you can find me at home in good old Virginia, trying to decide what I should do for my nails next.
